Any products that are in unsatisfactory condition must be addressed with the vendor from whom you purchased the product the same day, ideally at the market. If you have general issues to review, you can use our Contact Us form to communicate with the Market Manager.
All orders submitted must be paid for and refunds for unsatisfactory items will be refunded at vendor discretion. Refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or forget to get your order entirely. The harvester has picked and/or packaged your items and prepared them especially for you. Please check your order sheet or double check your order on your phone before leaving the market to ensure you have received everything you ordered. Thank you!
